Honesty and integrity are two of our key pillars, and our small team will always endevour to ensure that we exceed our Owners expectations with the service that we provide to all our Small Dog & Cat Guests.

Tracey
Boutique Manager
With over 25 years industry experience Tracey, has worked at SmallPaws for over ten years. Being the Matriarch at both home and work, Tracey understands what it takes to lead a dynamic and successful team.
Tracey has completed her Certificate II in Animal Studies and Welfare, boasting years of animal care experience and leads the SmallPaws team with pride and joy. Tracey enjoys spending her spare time with her family and two Shih Tzu’s Pearl & Pickles.

Kaitlin
Boutique Manager
With over 18 years industry experience, Kaitlin has worked at SmallPaws periodically for 14 years as an Animal Attendant during her university studies and whilst she worked in the corporate world before she made her career sea change to work alongside Tracey as a SmallPaws Boutique Manager.
Kaitlin thoroughly enjoys being a part of her family business, and she is extremely passionate about being a market-leader in Pet care, providing exceptional care for all SmallPaws Guests. In Kaitlin’s spare time she can be found spending time with her family & Pooch Lily, or doing Yoga.

Alicia
Assistant Boutique Manager & Reception Manager
Alicia’s love for small animals is unfound! Having her own small Pooch named Sugar and Cat named Tilly, Alicia decided to have a career sea-change from hairdressing (and a location-change moving to Sydney from New Zealand), as she found being around dogs and cats to be very therapeutic.
The face that will greet you when you arrive at SmallPaws Pet Hotel, Alicia, has an acute attention to detail, personable nature, willingness to please and clear communication skills that will ensure your experience here at SPPH is a seamless one. Whilst juggling her time being a mother of two, Alicia loves to spend her time cuddling all the small animals at SmallPaws and has been known to come in on her days off to do so!
Sophie
Guest Attendant Manager & Receptionist
With a long list of her own animals including her beloved dog Lilo, cats Stevie and Kitty Pablo, Ducky the duck, turtles, lizards, fish and even a snake!
Sophie’s passion for animal welfare is second to none, and this is why she is our Guest Attendant Manager. Sophie has an acute attention to detail when it comes to animal welfare, has a passion for providing premium Pet care.
During her spare time Sophie enjoys taking her Pooch Lilo, to the park and for coffee at the local Nursery. She also has a strong passion for crochet and all things creative. Let’s also not forget caring for her extensive range of Pets!
Camilla
Senior Guest Attendant
Camilla is an integral part of the SPPH team and has been for over 14 years, and she has completed her Certificate I and II in Animal Studies and Welfare.
Cam is an incredibly hard worker, loves to work as part of a team and is exceptionally enthusiastic in completing extra-curricular tasks, ever learning and upskilling.
Having her own Pooch Cavoodle named Simba, Cam has a deep love of all animals, especially small dogs, and cats.

Dakoda
Guest Attendant
Dakoda has always had a deep love for animals of all kinds, with a special place in her heart for horses and dogs. Animals have always been a meaningful part of her life and feels happiest when surrounded by them.
She especially cherishes the time she spends with her own dogs, Harley and Bailey. Together, they are more than pets — they are treasured members of her family and constant reminders of the unconditional love animals give.
Dakoda also loves spending time outdoors, where she feels most connected and at peace. Whether she’s enjoying fresh air, open spaces, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature, being outside with her dogs by her side is where she truly feels at home.

Sophie
Guest Attendant
Sophie is a devoted animal lover with a strong passion for animal care. She has completed a Certificate II in Animal Care and a Certificate III in Wildlife and Exhibited Animal Care. Sophie has previously worked at Taronga Zoo as a Reptile and Ungulate Zoo Keeper and has also worked on a farm before joining the team at SmallPaws.
Outside of work, Sophie stays busy caring for her little family of pets, which includes her three cats Howie, Malachite and Marty, her African Grey parrot, Kitoko, and her snake, Marle.
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys bushwalking, horse riding, and creative writing.

Rose
Guest Attendant
With a qualification in Veterinary Nursing and over four years of hands-on experience in Animal Care, Rose brings both knowledge and genuine compassion to her role. Growing up as one of six younger siblings helped shape her nurturing, patient nature—qualities that shine through in the way she cares for every animal she meets.
Originally from New Zealand and now proudly based in Australia, Rose combines her love of animals with a vibrant creative side. At home, she’s kept on her toes by her two playful ferrets, and in her spare time she enjoys painting and getting lost in a good book. Her blend of professional expertise, creativity, and warmth makes her a valued and trusted member of the team.

Lucia
Guest Attendant
Lucia has an extensive background in animal care, developed through both her academic studies and hands-on experience. She completed her Certificate II in Animal Care while also undertaking a Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Advanced Studies, majoring in Wildlife Conservation and Marine Science. Alongside her studies, Lucia gained valuable practical experience working at Taronga Zoo, where she further develops her skills and passion for animal welfare, conservation, and working with a diverse range of species.
Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Lucia enjoys spending her free time at the beach, staying active at the gym, and catching up with friends.
