We truly believe that we are in the ‘Care business’, and to us this means delivering the service that we market. Honesty and integrity are two of our key pillars, and our small team will always endevour to ensure that we exceed our Owners expectations with the service that we provide to all our Small Dog & Cat Guests.


Tracey

Boutique Manager


With over 22 years industry experience Tracey, has worked at SmallPaws for over eight years. Being the Matriarch at both home and work, Tracey understands what it takes to lead a dynamic and successful team.

Tracey has completed her Certificate II in Animal Studies and Welfare, boasting years of animal care experience and leads the SmallPaws team with pride and joy. Tracey enjoys spending her spare time with her family, especially at the beach in Spring or curled up on the couch for Netflix and chill in the cooler months.


Kaitlin

Boutique Manager


With over 15 years industry experience, Kaitlin has worked at SmallPaws periodically for 14 years as an Animal Attendant during her university studies and whilst she worked in the corporate world before she made her career sea change to work alongside Tracey as a SmallPaws Boutique Manager.

Kaitlin thoroughly enjoys being a part of her family business, and she is extremely passionate about providing exceptional care, for all SmallPaws guests. In Kaitlin’s spare time she can be found spending time with her family & Pooch, Lily, or doing Yoga.


Alicia

Reception Manager


Alicia’s love for small animals is unfound! Having her own small Pooch named Suga and Cat named Chilli, Alicia decided to have a career sea-change from hairdressing (and a location-change moving to Sydney from New Zealand), as she found being around dogs and cats to be very therapeutic.

The face that will greet you when you arrive at SmallPaws Pet Hotel, Alicia, has an acute attention to detail, personable nature, willingness to please and clear communication skills that will ensure your experience here at SPPH is a seamless one. Whilst juggling her time being a mother of two, Alicia loves to spend her time cuddling all the small animals at SmallPaws and has been known to come in on her days off to do so!


Annie

Guest Attendant Manager


Growing up on a farm, Annie has been surrounded by a variety of animals her entire life. Annie has a strong passion for cats, dogs and horses to name a few and is also a keen pet portrait artist. When Annie isn’t surrounded by animals she loves to spend time at the beach surfing.


Laura

Receptionist & Guest Attendant


Caring for animals is embedded in Laura’s DNA. Being a devout Vegan, Laura is passionate about animal welfare, and is committed to providing tailored care to each of our guests. Laura also has one of the most personable natures, having a deep love for connecting with Guests & their owners to form a one-on-one relationship. Laura is happy to help wherever possible and LOVES Miniature Dachshunds and Pugs, just to name a few!


Camilla

Senior Guest Attendant


Camilla is an integral part of the SPPH team and has been for over 11 years, and she has completed her Certificate I and II in Animal Studies and Welfare. Cam is an incredibly hard worker, loves to work as part of a team and is exceptionally enthusiastic in completing extra-curricular tasks, ever learning and upskilling. Having her own Pooch Cavoodle named Simba, Cam has a deep love of all animals, especially small dogs, and cats.


Sophie

Guest Attendant


With a long list of her own animals including her beloved dog Lilo, cats Stevie and Kitty Pablo, Ducky the duck, turtles, lizards, fish and even a snake, Sophie’s passion for animals is second to none.

During her spare time Sophie enjoys taking Lilo to the park and for coffee at the local Nursery. She also has a strong passion for crochet and all things creative.


Melissa

Guest Attendant


Melissa is a lover of all small animals and loves to spend time with her small dogs, cats and a menagerie of birds and rabbits at home. Melissa has completed a Certificate II in Animal Studies and Welfare, and she is currently studying for a Certificate III in Animal Studies and Welfare.
