Dog Boarding & Doggy Daycare FAQs
When can I schedule a private tour of your dog boarding facility?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, we highly encourage this. As these days, it’s getting harder to know who’s truly behind the businesses we support. Many large national companies are quietly buying smaller brands and keeping the same name and “local” look, but the care, connection, and personal touch that come from true family ownership, especially with one location and not multiple, cannot be replicated.
So before you book, take a moment to do your due diligence. Learn who’s really behind the business that you're looking at to care for your Pet. Better yet, book a tour and see firsthand what they stand for - Perhaps you should ask who owns this business!
When you choose a genuine small business, you’re choosing real people, real passion, and real love - something that shines through in every part of what we do - Honesty & transparency are two of our key pillars here at SmallPaws Pet Hotel. Transparency Matters!
For over 34 years, we’ve proudly stayed family owned & operated, a small, permanent team of long-standing members who put heart, not numbers, into everything we do. With our one location here in Duffys Forest, Sydney, we’ve built something personal, lasting, and full of love.
